Light salmon pinky splash with a little fizz. From the first inhale here come the strawberries, a little Oreo cream smooth, salty breeze, and a lemon squeeze with a light orange zest. Now there’s a jumble of strawberries from farm to wild and I do love the wild ones (pink to red) dancing on my tongue, next a raspberry bounces through with a creamy feel, some lemon curd with a brighter lime spark, seltzer salt, and a mineral rock lick. It’s joyful and very easy to drink so pick up a couple.

Pairs with Cheez-It’s: makes it too acidic so NO

The Rezabals are rooted in their passing of the wine/vine from generation to generation and holding on to traditions while utilizing today’s technology. It’s a beautiful harmony of the people, land, their micro-climate, and of course in the end the excellent grapes that convey their whole story. As they say, “Txakoli Rosé is “Female – Musical – Captivating” “We call Txakoli Rezabal Rosé “musical” because there is a good harmony in its sensations.” As many of you know, when I explore a wine, music usually just pops in my head like the bottle’s own soundtrack, and since today is Barbie’s big day, well it’s PINK! As Lizzo says…Vamos Barbie…

Yellow starlight with green interplanetary play. Wow this is lush at very first pour with scents wafting out of peaches, pears, lilies, and as time goes by all starts to level out and then tangerine creeps out and waves a tiny hello with a little lime zest. Now everything blends and grooves with some rained on slate and salt…so fresh and lovely. Those peaches and pears are still there dancing on my tongue with a tingle of crisp lime/lemon/citrus zip with a rim of salt. Full of life and even a little flirty sassy fun, a whole lot of joy that can lead to being the life of the party. I think I know who is going to be my date. ❤️

No wonder this catchy tune that always brings me a smile and makes my heart bubble over with joy…no matter my mood was stuck in my head for days. So pour another glass and 🎶“Clap along if you feel…Can’t nothing, bring me down.” 🎶

A glass of starlight yellow with some green hints. Breathing in lemon, lime, salt, and a little melon kind of like honeydew melon balls smashed on wet granite, so it’s only a little. Ooh first sip and there’s a little sparkle tingle, again lemon and Iime joined with crisp green apples, pear, and a little sea breeze salt.

Pairs with Cheez-It’s: ahhh good, it’s a picnic wine…mmmm

This is a light dancing wine that whisks your brain away to warmer climes where you can dangle your feet in the water, chill out, soak in the sun, and order some fish tacos. Or as Zac Brown Band’s song says “Knee deep in the water somewhere-Got the blue sky breeze blowing wind through my hair-Only worry in the world is the tide gonna reach my chair-Sunrise there’s a fire in the sky-Never been so happy-Never felt so high-And I think I might have found me my own kind of paradise”.
